About Karen

Karen is a licensed, nationally certified Massage Therapist. Her passion in life, love, and helping people have given her the skills to succeed in giving a client centered massage. Giving each client a personalized massage according to their bodies needs at that specific time, and letting each person feel confident to help heal themselves is what sets her apart. She has many years experience and has worked on a variety of different people, taking in the differences each person brings and learning from them. She is nurturing yet specific, and able to give a calming Swedish, specific Deep tissue or simply a combination of both. Her skills also include Shiatsu, energy work and Hot Stones. If a transformation of body and mind are wanted, her knowledge in essential oils can take you there. Her belief is enjoy life, listen to your body, and be good to yourself.
